Trip and tour registration

OLÉ! educational excursions give members and their guests opportunities to learn beyond the classroom.

Registration essentials

  1. Your OLÉ! membership must be current for the term in which the trip takes place.
  2. Pay the nonrefundable deposit within five days of registering to keep your place.
  3. Pay the remaining balance by the stated due date.
  4. Contact Member Support to register a nonmember guest.

Changes, transfers, and cancellations

  • Deposits, balances, and supplemental fees are nonrefundable.
  • Registration is transferable, but the registrant must arrange a replacement and notify Member Support.
  • Each trip has a minimum enrollment. If OLÉ! cancels because the minimum is not met, registrants will be notified and fees already paid will be refunded.
